Just a little shop update. This is a 1950s shirt waist dress with contrasting collar detail, made in a rose print 100% pure cotton. It's available in 5 colours. I hope you likey!!
Without a petticoat underneath...
Which one is your favourite? I'm having a hard time to decide, I think I'll have to go with either red (no big surprise there) or the blue?
Available to order here
The contrasting collar really pushes these over the edge! It's a really fantastic detail! I'm sure it's your hair+ Shirt dress, but I can't stop seeing Lucille Ball when I look at these pics. Very glamorous. :-D
ReplyDeleteThank you Michelle. I love Lucille Ball. Success!! Xx
DeleteOooh, that's such a lovely dress! Red's my favourite too. It might be just the thing to treat myself to if I get the job I want :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on getting that job!!! Xx
DeleteYour hair is amazing! How did you get your roll so perfect?
ReplyDeleteThanks Amy, believe it or not but its the first time I did my hair like that. So easy and I didn't do any pre-curling before... It's a small rat in the faux fringe and a big one in the bun. I have done the bun many times before and just some front roll but never with a rat. I haven't got any fringe, all my hair is just boring long so rolling all that hair around makes it stay put very well. That and hairspray is the secret I suppose.
DeleteI'll wear it at lot more often like this from now on. I'm glad you like it. Xo
Wow! I love the red.....and how gorgeous do you look in them with your hair like that!?! Wow again! LOL!
ReplyDeleteLovely dresses!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you with the red or blue for absolute favourites - but honestly I love them all.
